LBD

Dress: Target / Necklace: @italiajewelry / Booties: Forever21 / Bag: Aldo

Another year passed by, so many changes, experiences and challenges that I wouldn't change for anything. I believe every year gets better and better, and only you can make it that way; the more you believe it the more it will happen. I was blessed to work with amazing companies, to create The Street Styler, to travel, to make incredible friends, but most importantly to have another year of happiness and health and to live surrounded by my family and people that care about me. I was also able to celebrate my first anniversary with my incredible boyfriend and accomplish one of my biggest goals: Graduation.

Be thankful for all the blessings, all the goals accomplished and even the failures -- those are the ones that made you stand up again and grow. Be open minded, sometimes our plans change for good and turn out better than we expected them to, so receive the new year with a huge smile, a heart full of faith... and a killer dress
What are your New Year's resolutions?

S

Happy Holidays!

Photography: Chepe Mtz

What better way to celebrate Christmas than with a stylish holiday post! This season is not only about traveling, eating lots of food and catching up on the series you fell behind on, but it's also about taking time to give thanks for all the blessings you've received. Whether you're sassy and edgy like my best friend Patty, or girly and flirty like myself with a tulle skirt mirroring Carrie Bradshaw; the point is to have fun and enjoy the little moments that life gives you. Give without expecting anything in return, love instead of judging, and kiss and hug -- a lot! Remember that money can't buy happiness and that any action, no matter how small, can mean the world to someone.

Happy Holidays from The Street Styler!

Black & White

Top & Blazer: Uniques / Jeans: Rich & Skinny / Shoes: Rock & Republic / Bag: Juicy Couture
Photography: Elihu Garcia

December 2013 is officially my favorite month for 3 reasons: Holidays, my #23 birthday and Graduation. Yes, I can proudly say I'll finally be a graduate in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Texas Pan-American. So many events and so little time to think about outfits, however black and white will always do the work. Thank you, Uniques, for the wonderful taste in clothing. Ready for the holiday celebrations? It's definitely the most wonderful time of the year!

Love,

The MAC Bag

Jeans: Joe's / Top: Uniques / Shoes: DSW / Sunnies: Gucci / Bag: Rebecca Minkoff

Simplicity is the key of styling yet adding statement pieces is what makes it special. They say diamonds are a girl's best friend however, I truly believe a bag is our best friend. As shoes, there's never enough bags yet there's always THE bag that hangs with us to almost every place we go. She carries our economy, our beauty, our secrets and many other surprises. It is amazing how many things we carry in our bags and that's why the importance of investing in a good one that reflects who you truly are... and that matches with most of your outfits.

Leather on Leather

Jacket, Skirt & Scarf: Uniques / Booties: Dolce Vita (similar here) / Shirt: H&M / Bag: Rebecca Minkoff
Photography: Elihu Garcia

Before, it was just about going shopping to the mall but nowadays, we have the incredible world of the internet to find the best pieces of clothing at affordable prices - yet, what about the quality? It isn't the same to buy by looking at a photo rather than looking at it face-to-face.

That is why I depend on Uniques. It has some of my favorite brands and also new ones to discover. This outfit includes some of the newest additions to the store. I love leather, and this is the first time I included it in both my top and bottom. By adding leather on leather you can feel free to mix other type of colors in accessories. I added this infinity leopard, printed scarf which will keeps you warm and this green Rebecca Minkoff bag that pops out beautifully. Lately, I wear my black booties for everything, but to complete the outfit you can switch the shoes for wedge sneakers or high heel oxfords
