The best way of being comfortable is with a nice loose outfit and no, I don't mean wearing sweatpants all day. These fresh coral pants work perfectly for brunch or a work day. I wore them with a loose button down shirt and to make it more girly I added this colorful chunky necklace, which is one of my favorites! I have a box full of statement necklaces because I truly believe in their power to transform a simple look entirely. My summer roommate in New York would make fun of me because she thought I had way too many. But in the end she ended up borrowing one every week. Never underestimate the power of a chunky necklace!

Fall season in the Valley means "be ready for ANYTHING". One day we have unbelievably hot weather which makes us dream about being in a bikini all day and the next day we have thunderstorms that requires rain boots and jeans. Oh, it's good to be home. 

Today I'm wearing jeans which are the biggest asset in your wardrobe - it is fun to transform them for every occasion. I'm also wearing my oversized, chunky top from Zara with snake print wedges to give an edgy vibe. Of course, a statement necklace is always on my check list plus a pop of color that doesn't hurt anybody. How do you transform your jeans?

Let's Take a Walk

I must admit that shorts are my favorite piece of clothing. I realized I own more bottoms than tops and sometimes it gets frustrating wearing the same type of neutral top with different bottoms, but I guess that's part of my style.

Shorts are comfortable, feminine, easy for day-to-night outfits and perfect year round - be it with tights underneath or by themselves. Today's shorts are one of my favorites because of the flirty details on the side, also because they are black so they're easy to mix and match. I never show too much in my outfits but I love how unexpected cuts can look classy and fun at the same time.

Be happy and always add a pop of color like this green loose top and a thin leopard belt to add some print. Most importantly, wear your bag with pride. As a young professional never underestimate the power of a good daily satchel bag, trust me, it will make a difference.

Aaaaand we're back - NYFW Recap

We apologize for The Street Styler's hiatus but who isn't running out of time during fashion week? Needless to say, we're back and ready to bring you more content and amazing style. But, first order of business is a little recap of NYFW.

The week went speeding by! Clarifying, I didn't attend the shows but worked them so days were a little longer and nights were a little later but overall it was an amazing experience. I was able to see behind the scenes and assist with some of the most fabulous runway shows I have ever seen. Below are my pictures from the week and the events I was able to help on.
